Wellness Center

Dress Code

Proper attire, which includes a shirt that covers the torso and chest, shorts at least 2” in length, and close-toed shoes.

Etiquette

  • Our Wellness Staff is here to help you. Please ask for assistance if you are unsure how to use a particular machine or perform a certain exercise.

  • Please wipe down all equipment after use.

  • Drinks should be placed in a container with a cap. Food is not permitted.

  • Share equipment and allow others to “work in”.

  • During peak times, please limit your time on cardio machines to 30 minutes.

  • Refrain from talking on your cell phone.

  • Re-racking your weights is greatly appreciated.

  • Ages 13 and up are allowed to use the Wellness Center at all times. Children ages 11 and 12 years old are allowed to use the Wellness Center once a child orientation has been completed, except for Monday and Tuesday from 5pm to 8pm. A parent or guardian must be within arms length of the child at all times during the workout. Sign up at the Member Services Desk.

  • The YMCA is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the Wellness Center. Please secure your belongings in a locked storage space.

Gymnasium

Dress Code

T-Shirt and non-marking shoes.

Etiquette

  • Wipe feet on mat outside doors to ensure proper playing surface.

  • Our Gym Staff is here to help you. Please ask for assistance if you need equipment.

  • Balls are available for check out at the member services desk.

  • Drinks should be placed in a container with a cap. Food is not permitted.

  • Share the court. Allow others to play if needed. See pickup game rules on wall.

  • The YMCA is not responsible for any items lost or stolen. Please secure your belongings in a locked storage space.

  • Staff only in the storage area.

  • Children 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Kid Zone

  • The Kid Zone if reserved for children ages 6 weeks – 6 years old.

  • The Kid Zone Game Area is available for youth ages 7–12 during the following hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-12:30 PM & 3:30 PM-5:00 PM.

  • Family membership is required for use of the Kid Zone.

  • Food is not permitted in the Kid Zone. Water and baby bottles are allowed.

  • Children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian 18 years of age or older.

  • Member ID card or photo ID is required to drop off and pick up children.

  • Children may be signed in for a maximum of 2 hours at a time; 4 hours per day.

  • Parents will be paged for diaper changes or for severe disciplinary infractions.

  • Playscape is reserved for children ages 3-6.

  • Sick children are not permitted in Kids Zone.

  • Staff members reserve the right to require a doctors note for re-admittance.

  • Please label all personal belongings (bottles, diapers bags, etc.).
