At the Y, our nationally certified personal trainers can assist you in reaching your fitness and weight loss goals. Break out of a fitness plateau and learn fun, challenging exercises suited to your fitness level, individual needs, health status and limitations. Our trainers will integrate variety into your training program to avoid boredom and plateaus, while providing the positive encouragement, motivation, and accountability that will keep you motivated and committed to your goals.
Small-Group Personal Training Programs
Invigorate your workout with small group personal training. Work with a personal trainer and meet new people, all while pushing toward your goals. Groups average 3-6 participants and no previous experience is required.
