Join the swim team

Our trained coaches work to improve swimmers' skill level, endurance, and promote a healthy lifestyle. Teams are organized by skill levels, and workouts include endurance, speed and drill techniques.

For youth ages 8 - 18 and Swim Team. Programs are held on a monthly basis.

Team Practice

YMCA Swim League offers up to four practices each week and swimmers are encouraged to attend at least twice weekly.

Monday through Thursday 6 - 7:30 pm
Tryouts: Modays at 5:30 pm
