Community Resources

City of St. Petersburg Mayor’s Satellite Office

To improve accessibility for the residents of south St. Petersburg, the Y and Mayor’s brought City Hall to the community. The Urban Affairs, Mayor’s Action Center, and Small Business Liaison will utilize this site from 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. the second and fourth Wednesday of every month.

St. Petersburg Public Library System

Enjoy story time every Friday at 4 pm at the library located in the Y. Children ages 4-7 will enjoy stories, songs, puppets and other activities designed to nurture a young child's love of reading. For more information, please call (727) 893-7714.

Group Exercise Schedule

ZUMBA

Mondays, 6:00 – 7:00 PM
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance that creates a dynamic, exciting, effective cardio workout. Our fun, easy routines feature interval aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body as you dance. This is the ultimate dance workout that is easy to follow and excellent for any fitness level!

Total Body Fitness

Wednesdays, 6:30 – 7:30 PM 
Toning & strengthening class is a combination of boot camp like workouts, consisting of various exercises such as running, jumping, calisthenics and use of weights. The focus of the class is to work and strengthen all muscles in the body. The high intensity workout but variations of the exercise are provided. All fitness levels welcome.


Facility Rentals

Host your next corporate training, meeting or family event at our YMCA. Our spacious multipurpose room can be rented for a very affordable rate, and can serve as the backdrop to many special occasions including birthday parties and church celebrations.
