We're excited to introduce ForeverFit—the fresh new name for the same great programs and activities designed especially for ages 55 & up at the Y!
ForeverFit is our way of grouping all the things you already know and love: your SilverSneakers® group exercise classes, social events like potlucks and lunch and learns, plus any other opportunities to stay healthy and connected. Think of ForeverFit as your go-to group for fitness, friendship and fun at the Y!
