Expand your child's horizons while they explore their favorite hobbies or try something brand new during our Specialty Camps. In 2021, Specialty Camps include everything from dance and sports to cooking and outdoor adventure.
Sailing
Ages 9 - 14
Week 1 (June 14 - 18), Week 7 (July 26 - 30)
Summer sailing classes are designed to teach sailing and racing using 420 keel boats, Opti boats and paddle boards. Campers will get hands-on experience rigging, steering and maneuvering. On rainy or windy days, we'll take a sailing pop quiz, play games and learn to tie sailing knots. NOTE: Sailing instruction takes place from 1:00 - 4:30PM. Additional hours are wrap-around care at your home camp. Held at St. Petersburg Yacht Club and your home base camp
