Join us in a Virtual Challenge

As you're staying active at home, write down and track all your indoor or outdoor activities and join us in a virtual fitness challenge, with the goal of completing 3 healthy activities per week. There are lots of ways to move your body, so be creative. Choose what’s best for you and get going!

You can print this tracker and write in your acitivites, or if you don't have access to a printer, you can fill it out directly on your computer! To do so, you'll need to save the document to your computer by right clicking and selecting the option to save it. Then, open it using any PDF reader.
