We’re now able to offer expanded access to LES MILLS™ digital workouts to our YMCA Members!
LES MILLS™ On Demand gives you the best, authentic LES MILLS™ workouts anywhere, anytime, on almost any device, with workout schedules customized to your level of fitness.
To get started, click the button for your home branch below to request access. Once we verify that you’re a YMCA member, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to access the on-demand library.

Join us in a Virtual Challenge
As you're staying active at home, write down and track all your indoor or outdoor activities and join us in a virtual fitness challenge, with the goal of completing 3 healthy activities per week. There are lots of ways to move your body, so be creative. Choose what’s best for you and get going!
You can print this tracker and write in your acitivites, or if you don't have access to a printer, you can fill it out directly on your computer! To do so, you'll need to save the document to your computer by right clicking and selecting the option to save it. Then, open it using any PDF reader.
