Facility Guidelines

Wellness Center

  • Proper attire must be worn. This includes a shirt that covers the torso and chest, shorts that are at least 2" in length and closed-toed shoes.
  • Our wellness staff is here to help you. Please ask for assistance if you are unsure how to use a particular machine or perform a certain exercise.
  • Wipe down all equipment after use.
  • Drinks should be placed in a container with a lid.
  • Food is not permitted.
  • During peak times, please limit your time on cardio machines to 30 minutes.
  • Refrain from talking on your cell phone.
  • Please re-rack your weights after use.
  • Individuals ages 13 and older are allowed to use the Wellness Center at all times. Children ages 11 and 12 may use the Wellness Center once a child orientation has been completed. A parent or guardian must be within arms length of the child at all times during the workout. Sign up at the Member Services Desk.
  • The YMCA is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the Wellness Center. Please secure your belongings in a locked storage space.

Gymnasium

  • Proper attire must be worn. This includes a shirt that covers the torso and chest, shorts that are at least 2" in length and closed-toed, non-marking shoes.
  • Wipe your feet on mats outside the doors to ensure a proper playing surface.
  • Our gym staff is here to help you. Please ask for assistance if you need equipment.
  • Balls are available for check out at the Member Services Desk.
  • Drinks should be placed in a container with a lid.
  • Food is not permitted.
  • Share the court. Allow others to play if needed.
  • See pickup game rules on the wall.
  • The YMCA is not responsible for any items lost or stolen. Please secure your belongings in a locked storage space.
  • Only staff members are allowed in the storage area.
  • Children ages 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Kid Zone

  • Kid Zone is reserved for children ages 6 weeks - 12 years old.
  • Kid Zone game area is available for children ages 7 - 12. Contact locations for dates and times.
  • The child attending Kid Zone must be a listed member on a Couples or Family Membership.
  • Food is not permitted in Kid Zone. Water and baby bottles are allowed.
  • Children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian age 18 or older.
  • A member ID card or photo ID is required to drop off and pick up children.
  • Children may be signed in for a maximum of 2 hours at a time; Up to 4 hours per day.
  • Parents will be paged for diaper changes or for severe disciplinary infractions.
  • Playscape is reserved for children ages 3 - 6.
  • Sick children are not permitted in Kid Zone.
  • Staff members reserve the right to require a doctors note for admittance.
  • Please label all personal belongings (bottles, diapers bags, etc.).
