At the Y, kids can make new friends and stay active all while learning skills and sportsmanship. Youth Sports are a fun and engaging way to practice the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. At the Y, your child will develop important life lessons, including positive competition, team-building, positive self-image and respect for others.

About Our Jerseys
Our brand new 2025 youth sports jerseys are here, bringing bold and vibrant energy to every game — inspired by our very own Sunshine City!
Youth Sports Jersey (Multisport)
Our custom-designed jersey from Augusta Sportswear is mandatory in order to participate in YMCA Youth Sports leagues (not required for clinics). All league players will need to order new jerseys in 2025, but those jerseys can be used through the end of 2026.
Jerseys are ordered directly from our supplier so you can have them shipped right to your home and be ready to play at the first practice!

TeamSideline
TeamSideline is a communication software used for all YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg sports programs. Parents, participants and coaches will receive information about game schedules, rosters, practices, and communications from the sports director via the TeamSideline website and app.
