NEXT LEVEL Functional Fitness
At Jim & Heather Gills YMCA, Small Group Personal Training is offered as an ongoing monthly program option with unlimited access to classes, called YMCA NEXT LEVEL. Classes are held in our custom-designed functional training space, featuring the renowned MX4 training system. Learn More
