At the Y, our certified personal trainers can assist you in reaching your fitness and weight loss goals. Break out of a fitness plateau and learn fun, challenging exercises suited to your fitness level, individual needs, health status and limitations. Our trainers will provide the positive encouragement, motivation, and accountability that will keep you motivated and committed to your goals.

 

Individual Personal Training

One-Hour and Half-Hour Sessions are available at both the Bardmoor YMCA and Jim & Heather Gills YMCA:

$52 1 One-Hour or 2 Half-Hour Sessions
$147 3 One-Hour or 6 Half-Hour Sessions
$235 5 One-Hour or 10 Half-Hour Sessions
$450 10 One-Hour or 20 Half-Hour Sessions

 

Forty-Five-Minute Sessions are available only at Jim & Heather Gills YMCA:

$43 1 Forty-Five-Minute Sessions
$169 4 Forty-Five-Minute Sessions
