YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg Names Eric Ventura as Executive Director of Speer YMCA

YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg is pleased to name Eric Ventura as Executive Director of Speer YMCA, effective August 4, 2026.
As Executive Director, Ventura will provide leadership for the Speer YMCA, overseeing operations, programs, member experience, community engagement and team development. He will work alongside staff, volunteers, members and community partners to build upon the branch's strong foundation and identify new opportunities to expand its impact throughout the community.
YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg is pleased to announce that Nancy Bryant has joined the organization as Chief Program Officer, effective July 20, 2026.
As Chief Program Officer, Nancy provides strategic leadership for the Association's youth development, aquatics, sports, preschool, school-age and community-based programs. As a member of the executive leadership team, she leads efforts to advance innovative programming, strengthen community partnerships, develop leaders and expand the Y's impact throughout the communities it serves.
