Youth Volleyball
Learning proper volleyball fundamentals at a young age is key to future success. The Y provides Youth Volleyball leagues and clinics for young athletes in the Greater St. Petersburg area. We provide highly-skilled instruction and competition for those players looking for a character-driven league. Our leagues and clinics promote sportsmanship, fun, parental involvement, competition and the basic foundations for learning how to play volleyball.
2026 Summer Volleyball Camps
This summer, expand your child's horizons with one-week Specialty Camps. Volleyball Camps are available for ages 9 - 15, with full-day care options available for ages 9 - 12.

NEW! Intro to Volleyball Clinic
Our Intro to Volleyball Clinic is designed for 7–8-year-olds who are interested in learning the game in a fun and supportive environment. This program focuses on teaching the fundamental skills of volleyball, helping young athletes build confidence, coordination, and a strong foundation. It’s a great way to prepare players for future participation in our volleyball league when they become age-eligible.

About Our Jerseys
Our brand new 2025 youth sports jerseys are here, bringing bold and vibrant energy to every game — inspired by our very own Sunshine City!
Youth Sports Jersey (Multisport)
Our custom-designed jersey from Augusta Sportswear is mandatory in order to participate in YMCA Youth Sports leagues (not required for clinics). All league players will need to order new jerseys in 2025, but those jerseys can be used through the end of 2026.
Jerseys are ordered directly from our supplier so you can have them shipped right to your home and be ready to play at the first practice!
