Adult Dodgeball
Dodge, duck, dip and dive your way into an amazing workout while letting your inner youth run wild through Adult Dodgeball at the Y.
The focus of our Adult Dodgeball leagues is to have fun, meet new friends and play in a non-competitive environment. Teams will consist of 8 members, with games beginning 6v6. You will sign up individually, with the option to list your team name or captain's name during the registration process.

Adult Sports Leagues are open to ages 18 & up. Games are held at various locations. All dates are subject to change.
