Adult Dodgeball
Dodge, duck, dip and dive your way into an amazing workout while letting your inner youth run wild through Adult Dodgeball at the Y.
The focus of our Adult Dodgeball leagues is to have fun, meet new friends and play in a non-competitive environment. Teams will consist of 8 members, with games beginning 6v6. You will sign up individually, with the option to list your team name or captain's name during the registration process.
Adult Dodgeball Leagues
Adult Sports Leagues are open to ages 18 & up. Games are held at various locations. All dates are subject to change.
Fall Adult Dodgeball League
- 6v6, 8 week season, 8 players per roster
- Dates Held: October 20 - December 19, 2025
- Registration Deadlines: Registration opens September 1; Registration closes October 12
- Offered at: Jim & Heather Gills YMCA
