The Y offers many Community Health Programs that are focused on providing evidence-based support to individuals with specific health needs, including cancer recovery, diabetes prevention, Parkinson's, arthritis and joint issues, blood pressure monitoring, and weight loss.


Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program

This evidence-based program helps adults with hypertension lower and manage their blood pressure. YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program

The YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program provides a supportive environment for individuals at risk for type 2 diabetes to learn how to reduce the chances of developing the disease.
