Group Exercise Classes
Y Membership includes free access to more than 200 group exercise classes weekly for participants of all levels, including LES MILLS™, Zumba®, SilverSneakers®, cycling, yoga and more. At the Y, our nationally-certified personal trainers assist you in reaching your fitness and weight loss goals. YMCA trainers integrate variety, accountability, encouragement and positive reinforcement that will keep you motivated and committed to your goals.
- Individual Personal Training: Work one-on-one with a trainer to build a customized approach that helps you bust through fitness plateaus, while safely challenging you to reach your fullest potential. - NEXT LEVEL Functional Fitness: At Jim & Heather Gills YMCA, Small Group Personal Training is offered as an ongoing monthly program option with unlimited access to classes, called YMCA NEXT LEVEL.
