Annual Childcare Tax Statements

Annually, the YMCA provides documentation to our childcare participants for tax purposes. Documentation generally includes the total amount of expenses paid, account number and Tax Identification Number. Please consult your tax advisor or the IRS to determine qualified expenses.

How to access your YMCA Member account

1. Click here, or choose MEMBER LOGIN from the menu above.

2. Under Login or find your account, enter the email address or phone number that you provided when you registered for a program at the Y. Then click Submit.

Note: Safari users may not be able to access the account login section, and may need to utilize the link provided at the top of the page instead. If you continue having trouble accessing the form, please utilize a different internet browser.

3. If the next window asks for a password, please proceed to step 4.

However, if you receive the message "We could not find an existing account" then the email or phone number you entered does not match what we have on file. Please try another email address or phone number, or call us at 727.895.9622 if you aren't sure what contact information is tied to your account.

4. If you have already created a password, enter it into the box and click Login.

However, if you have never logged in to your online account, or if you do not know your password, please click the Forgot your password link, then follow the on-screen instructions to set a new password.

5. Once you successfully log in to your account, please proceed to PART 2.

PART 2: Accessing your tax statement

To view your tax statement, click Year-end child care statement (found underneath Records, a section near the bottom of the page).

To print, click the print icon found in the upper right corner.

To download or save the PDF document will depend on the browser and device being used. While it's difficult to outline all possibilities, here are a few examples:

Desktop computers:

• If using the Mozilla Firefox web browser, use the download icon found in the upper right corner. The document will be saved to the default destination - this is usually your Desktop or Downloads folder.
• For all other browsers, including Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, you will need to save from the print window. Click the print icon found in the upper right corner. In the window that appears, look for text such as Open PDF in Preview, Print to PDF, or something similar.

Mobile devices:

• On an iPhone, tap and hold the Year-end child care statement link. Then tap Open.
• On an Android, quickly tap the Year-end child care statement link (do not hold). Then tap Download.
