Embracing the true meaning of social responsibility, the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg is once again teaming up with our community in 2025 to bring the spirit of Christmas to nearly 400 families and nearly 1,000 children. For more than 30 years, the YMCA Neighbor to Neighbor Christmas Program has provided families in need with the joys of a traditional Christmas.
Join hundreds of donors, volunteers and staff to help provide the magic and nostalgia of the Christmas season to the children of our community.

Volunteers will join YMCA staff members to deliver Christmas trees (if requested) directly to families’ doorsteps, along with all the necessary tree-trimming items and important information regarding toy shopping. This event takes place at Childs Park YMCA, Bardmoor YMCA and Speer YMCA.

Adopted families will visit the YMCA to collect free toys from our shopping room. In addition, families will receive a youth programs voucher for each child. This event takes place at Childs Park YMCA.

Help stock our toy room by bringing a new, unwrapped toy for children ages 2 -12. Shop our online wishlists for ideas, or have a toy delivered straight to the YMCA. Monetary donations are also welcome. Every dollar contributed directly benefits the children and families.

We've created online wishlists for the items and age groups needed the most. Shop online from anywhere, and items will be shipped directly to the Y.
Drop off new, unwrapped toys for children ages 2 - 12 at toy collection sites throughout our community.
