Chris Moench joins YMCA Board of Directors

The YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg is excited to welcome Chris Meonch to our Board of Directors. Moench is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Directed Capital, a privately held commercial real estate firm headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL, with satellite locations in San Diego, CA, Pittsburgh, PA and Walpole, MA. His strategic oversight of the company’s operations includes management of a workforce of 40+ professionals, asset acquisition, asset management, capital formation and administration.

Moench received his Master of Business Administration from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. He also holds a Florida Real Estate Broker’s License, Florida Mortgage Broker License and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Moench serves on the Community Advisory Board of Seacoast Bank and is a member of C12 of Tampa Bay and the Tampa Bay CEO Council. He previously served as Vice Chair of Fourth Street Banking Company, a Florida bank holding company, where he was Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive, Loan and ALCO Committees. As a strong supporter of the Tampa Bay community, he has been and continues to be involved with numerous civic and religious organizations.
