Beth Horner Joins YMCA Board of Directors
The YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg welcomes Beth Horner to our Board of Directors. Beth brings a wealth of experience in trust administration, estate planning, and community leadership to the role.
Currently serving as President and Chief Trust Officer at TL Capital, LLC, Beth oversees trusts and complex estate plans. Her previous roles include Executive Vice President and Chief Trust Officer at The Bank of Tampa, where she sat on the Executive Committee. Before her tenure at The Bank of Tampa, Beth held senior trust officer positions at two national banks for over a decade.
Prior to her corporate roles, Beth practiced law, specializing in Probate, Trust and Guardianship law. With a Juris Doctor from Stetson College of Law, she has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1996 and actively participates in the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section.
Beyond her professional achievements, Beth is deeply committed to community service. She currently serves as Vice Chair on the Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Suncoast. Her previous board positions include the St. Petersburg College Foundation, St. Petersburg Bar Foundation, Parc Center for Disabilities and Bayfront Hospital.
In addition to her Juris Doctor, Beth holds a Master of Arts in Education from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.
Her extensive experience in finance, law and nonprofit leadership will be invaluable as we work to further our mission of serving the Greater St. Petersburg community.
