Caroline Kwiatkowski Joins YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg Board of Directors
The YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg is proud to announce the addition of Caroline Kwiatkowski, CFA, to our Board of Directors. Caroline’s exceptional career in finance and investment management, combined with her dedication to community service, aligns perfectly with the YMCA’s mission to empower individuals and families to thrive.
As the Chief Investment Officer and owner of Retirement Solutions, Caroline oversees investment management and financial planning for clients across the country. With offices in St Petersburg, FL and Naperville, IL and clients in more than 25 states, she is celebrated for her strategic vision, commitment to transparency and innovative approaches to wealth management. Her career spans leadership roles at prominent banks and alternative investment firms (private equity & hedge funds), where she developed and implemented strategies that drove success in investments, corporate development, and diversity initiatives.
Caroline’s passion for service extends beyond her professional achievements. She has been a board member of the Meals on Wheels Foundation for Northern Illinois since 2018, where she contributed to strategic reviews, chairs the investment committee, and secured critical institutional partnerships. Additionally, she spent 10 years as a CFA instructor for Kaplan having inspired and educated countless individuals pursuing careers in finance.
When she’s not driving impact in the boardroom, Caroline enjoys playing beach volleyball—having competed semi-professionally—and spending time with her husband and 2 young children in St. Petersburg.
We are honored to welcome Caroline to our Board of Directors and look forward to the expertise and energy she will bring as we continue to create opportunities for learning, growth and community development.
