Adult Basketball

Adult Basketball is a great way for both men and women of any skill level to stay active, have fun and meet new friends. At the Y, we emphasize sportsmanship and fair play while supporting healthy competition. You’ll perfect your dribbling, refine your shooting and improve your endurance as you work out alongside your new teammates.

Drop-In Adult Basketball

Drop-In Adult Sports are co-ed and open to players 16 & up. Offered at three locations:

Adult Basketball Leagues

Adult Sports Leagues are open to ages 18 & up. Games are held at various locations. All dates are subject to change.
