Youth Tae Kwon Do at the YMCA

At the Y, Youth Tae Kwon Do classes assist kids and teens in gaining flexibility and fitness, while incorporating discipline and self-control into the workout. Students will learn martial arts techniques an self-defense maneuvers. No previous skill or aerobic ability is necessary.
