Join us at our free health screening event to find out if you are at risk for diabetes or prediabetes.

Monday, December 9, 8:30AM - 1PM - BayCare Community Health provides free health prevention screenings to help detect the early onset of illness. Checking on key health indicators may increase the chances of successful treatment of chronic disease. Our free health prevention screenings include: Blood pressure, Body mass index (BMI), Cholesterol and Glucose. BayCare will also be offering on-site flu shots!
