Monday, June 15, 9AM - 2PM - BayCare Community Health provides free health screenings to help detect the early onset of illness. Checking on key health indicators may increase the chances of successful treatment of chronic disease. Our free health prevention screenings include: Blood pressure, Body mass index (BMI), Cholesterol and Glucose.
