NEW this month: Massage Therapy

A tune-up for the whole body, massage is one of the oldest healing arts and is critical in maintaining an overall sense of well-being. We’re excited to add Massage Therapy to the many offerings at your Jim & Heather Gills YMCA.

Seated Massage: Chair massage is a great way to relax with a therapeutic and decompressing touch. It only takes 15-20 minutes to decrease stress, improve circulation, concentration, and morale.

Y-Relax Seated Massage: Y-Relax? Because the YMCA wants you too! This is an extended 30 minute chair massage that allows you to unwind from a long day at work while your kids dance, play a sport, or climb away on our rock wall.

Wellness Massage: Ease your spirit and calm your energy with this 40-45 minute wellness massage that will heal your mind, body, and soul.

Sports Recovery Massage: Exercise and strenuous physical activity can place stress and tension on the joints and muscles. A 60-75 minute recovery massage can help move lactic acid out of the muscle to reduce soreness after a workout and increase joint range of motion.
