YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg Appoints Luca DeVicente as Board Chair
YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg is proud to announce the appointment of Lucas DeVicente, CFP®, CTFA, as Chair of its Board of Directors for the term beginning January 2026. Lucas succeeds Kimberly G. Jackson, Esq., who has served as Board Chair for the past two years. The YMCA is deeply grateful for Kim’s leadership, service, and dedication to advancing the organization’s mission during her tenure.
Lucas is the Executive Vice President of Florida Trust Wealth Management, Florida’s largest independent employee-owned trust and wealth management company, where he leads the St. Petersburg office.
Lucas has served on the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg Board of Directors since 2020 and brings extensive leadership experience, deep community roots and a strong commitment to civic engagement to his role as Board Chair. Lucas is a fifth-generation St. Petersburg resident and is actively involved in the community. He currently serves on the Tampa Theatre Board of Directors and Tampa Bay History Center Board of Directors. His leadership reflects a dedication to preserving local institutions, strengthening nonprofit organizations and investing in the future of St. Petersburg.
Lucas earned both his undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Florida. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designations, and is a graduate of Florida Banker’s Trust School, Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School, and the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth College.
He currently resides in St. Petersburg with his wife, Rachael, and their three sons.
