Adult Self-Defense at the YMCA

Through the Y's Adult Self-Defense Program, you can learn how to protect yourself and/or fight competitively through self-defense and basic Martial Arts techniques. Learning and practicing in a safe environment can help build self confidence, improve your awareness, and enhance your personal safety. Instructors will discuss, demonstrate, and work with participants to properly apply the techniques.

  • Open to ages 18 & up
  • Mondays, 6:30PM - 7:30PM
  • Per Month: Non-Members $65; Members $45
