Healthy Kids Day
Summer is the time for kids to get up, get out, and grow. But for some kids, exposure to activities that stimulate the body and mind ends with the school year. The Y is holding a FREE community event to inspire more kids to keep their minds and bodies active all summer long. Healthy Kids Day®, the Y’s national initiative to improve families’ health and well-being, features activities to motivate and teach families how to develop healthy routines at home.

The more support, guidance, and opportunities we give kids, the further they will reach. The further they reach, the more they can achieve - and together, we build A Better Us. That's why we provide kids a healthy, caring environment of fun, learning and belonging to help them reach their fullest potential.
