SERIES8 is designed to challenge your strength, endurance and determination in a high-energy, community-driven environment. This fast-paced fitness competition brings together eight dynamic strength and cardio events with one ultimate goal: complete every station as fast as possible within a 15-minute time cap.
Each station will test your strength and endurance and ignite your competitive edge. Athletes will move through each event, completing a set number of reps before advancing to the next. The clock doesn’t stop until you cross the finish. Whether you're competing for the top spot or stepping into your first competition, SERIES8 is inclusive, fun and suitable for all fitness levels.
